My two absolutely love this frisbee! It’s soft and lightweight, so they can easily carry it around, and the bungee handle makes tug games so much more fun. I find it really easy on my shoulders too, especially when they get carried away with the tugging!
They love chasing it, playing tug and finding it when I hide it. We’ve also taken it to the water, and they have a great time swimming after it. It’s made from durable, water-resistant ripstop fabric, so it feels really well made and has been great for all our different games. Definitely a favourite in our house!
We bought all four fabulous colours of the NoseyPipe®… and honestly, we absolutely love them!
They’re lightweight, sturdy and cleverly designed to come apart into three separate parts, making them incredibly easy to clean and convenient to take anywhere. The vented cap is such a clever feature too; it allows the odour to disperse naturally while keeping the target odour securely contained. This encourages the dog to investigate the odour on the pipe rather than simply putting their nose straight inside, making them really think about where the odour is coming from.
I also really like the little nose on the cap. We turned ours upside down so we could easily tell which one contained the odour. We also love the optional hot lid red nose on the cap. As dogs can’t see red, it’s a great visual reminder for us that the target odour is inside, while the dog isn’t distracted by the colour. It’s such a simple but clever idea!
The NoseyPipe® is also fantastic for shorter dogs like my terrier. The design makes it really easy for them to get to the odour and investigate it comfortably without having to struggle with a container that’s too tall or awkward.
They also come with a really handy instruction leaflet, which is great for helping you get started and making the most of your NoseyPipe® from the very beginning. We’ve marked all three parts of two of our NoseyPipe® with a small “B” for Birch, our target odour. These two pipes will remain dedicated to Birch, giving us a simple way to keep our equipment organised and minimise the risk of cross-contamination. We only use one of these two pipes in a search.
I also love the Sniffer Shop branding indented on the bottom of the base. It’s another lovely little detail that shows how much thought has gone into the design. We’ve had so much fun with the NoseyPipe®. They’re incredibly easy to use and a fantastic addition to any scentwork kit. If you enjoy scentwork with your dog, we’d definitely recommend giving a NoseyPipe® a try. 10/10!
