Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom, and also we have started to ship internationally. ( please see below for international shipping information ).
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Orders to Northern Ireland, and to parts of Scotland have an flat charge of £4.99, and please note delivery will take longer than standard delivery within mainland UK.
Dispatch Times
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving full payment.
- For handmade products, or larger orders from our workshop, processing may take up to 3 working days before dispatch.
in busy periods this may take a little longer.

Standard National Delivery
We offer a flat-rate delivery service across the UK, with parcels shipped via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail standard 48 hour tracked delivery, Fedex for our heavy or longer length items such as the Sniffer System, or DpD. Delivery timescales for standard shipping are typically 2-4 working days.
- Small packages (up to 0.5kg) £3.99
- Medium and large packages (over 0.5kg): £4.99
- Items over 100cms in length ie: The Sniffer System £5.50. this surcharge is because of the additional shipping costs incurred for long length items. Shipping is Next Day via Fedex. The Sniffer System is excluded from the free shipping threshold.
- Express Delivery £5.99 These orders are usually despatched the same day, if ordered before 12pm or the next working day.
Free delivery on orders over £85 ( mainland UK only)
Please note: Deliveries to certain postcodes, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and islands, may take longer than the standard delivery times.
Returns
If you would like to return goods you have bought from My Sniffer Dog, as long as the goods are completely unused and in the original packaging you can create a return using your account HERE
Please ensure that products are sealed with all packaging and labels intact on return. Scentwork containers must NOT have contained any odour.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish if you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to amend an order you must notify us by email as soon as possible and before goods are dispatched and we will do our best to make any changes. However, we make no guarantees that this can be done and reserve the right to cancel or amend your order before the products are dispatched if the products are no longer in stock.
If goods are consider faulty, or damaged please email kate@thesniffershop.co.uk with as much detail regarding the defect as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Shipping
We are now offering international shipping to some countries. Please do reach out if we do not yet offer delivery to your country if you would like us to quote on shipping.
Delivery charged at a flat rate for most orders. Heavier orders over 5kg including The Sniffer Systerm incur a surcharge which will be invoiced separately as these require shipping through a different courier. It is advisable to email prior to completing checkout.
Please note: Customs duties or taxes may apply in the recipient country.
