The Sniffer Shop, founded in early 2024 by Kate Hart, a Gold Level UK Sniffer Dog instructor, and teamed with her husband Marcus, combines Kate’s expertise in scentwork with Marcus’s thoughtful craftsmanship.

Starting with a simple line of pots, boxes, or bags creates a structured, confidence-building foundation before progressing to more advanced free searches.

At The Sniffer Shop, we’ve developed The Sniffer System—a versatile setup designed with both beginners and seasoned sniffers in mind. Our sturdy metal pots with vented lids are designed by us, made in the UK and built to last. Use them for pairing scents, creating linear searches, or arranging challenging patterns to take your training to the next level.

    Fake Dog Training Black Truffles. Fantastic idea and the quality is superb, very sturdy and the truffle consists of two parts that screw together, I love using this truffle, my Labrador loves searching for the truffle oil scent I have put inside. Currently we ship to the UK. We are are happy to export outside of the UK, please send us an email so we can quote for shipping.

We aim to get orders out within a couple of days of your order. Standard delivery is 2 - 3 working days, on top of processing your order unless express delivery has been requested. So in total the timeline from ordering to recieving your order is approximately 4 -5 days. Please contact us if your order is urgent, and we will do our very best to expediate your order where possible.

We accept most methods of payment, including Paypal.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business days please contact us at 07876 205115

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, unless goods are damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including , tags, or stickers,  and in its original packaging and not used for Scentwork.  

To start a return, you can contact us at kate@thesniffershop.co.uk Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Sniffer Shop, The Cottage, Beanwood Farm, Shorthill Road, Westerleigh, BS37 8QN. Or you can log into your account HERE

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When goods have been received at The Sniffer Shop and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
